═══ 不要在意它會燙 ═══

從 Morgan Housel [2] 的 Podcast 聽到這個小故事，這是來自 1962 年的經典電影《阿
拉伯的勞倫斯 [3]》裡的場景：

    勞倫斯^1幫一個士兵點了菸，然後當著所有人的面，用手指輕鬆捏熄火柴，完全不為
    所動。

    一個叫波特的士兵看到了，也想試試看，結果手一碰到火柴就大叫：「更！超燙的啊
    ！」

    「當然會燙啊！」勞倫斯說。

    「那秘訣是什麼？」士兵波特問。

    勞倫斯回答：「我跟你說，波特，秘訣就是⋯⋯不要在意它會燙。」

哇！好個[DEL:幹話:DEL]秘訣呀！

可是仔細想想，生活中的各種事情不也是這樣嗎？

  • 😴 早起很痛苦怎麼辦？不要在意它痛苦。
  • 🎙️ 上台演講 [4]會緊張怎麼辦？不要在意它緊張。
  • 🎹 學鋼琴覺得樂理很難 [5]怎麼辦？不要在意它很難。
  • 🫣 跟喜歡的異性 [6]聊天很尷尬怎麼辦？不要在意它尷尬。
  • ✍️ 寫 blog [7] 沒人看、讀者成長很慢怎麼辦？不要在意沒人看。
  • 🐱 貓晚上會一直叫 [8]，很吵怎麼辦？不要在意牠很吵。（或者，用抗噪耳機）

這可能真的是唯一有用（但沒人想聽到）的秘訣。

沒有不會燙的火。所有值得做的事情，多多少少都帶有痛苦的成份 [9]。
